During the second term our students have been working in English on a project about Victorian Times.
The Victorian era of the history of the United Kingdom marked the peak of its Industrial Revolution and the British Empire. This expression is commonly used to refer to the extensive reign of Victoria (June 20, 1837 – January 22, 1901). The period was characterized by profound changes in cultural and political concerns.
Our students have learnt a lot about this remarkable period in the United Kingdom history.
